Tartar sauce
Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons fresh dill
- 3 tablespooons chopped pickles
- 1 tablespoon pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped capers
- 1⁄4 small onion diced
- pinch sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to overnight.
Keep in the fridge for a couple of weeks. Serve as a dipping sauce for any fish or use as a spread for a seafood based sandwich.
