Cilantro garlic sauce

A garlicky and spicy sauce that will add a big kick to your next piece of grilled meat. Great on steak, chicken or pork.
YIELD
1/2 cup of sauce
PREP TIME
schedule 15 minutes
TOTAL TIME
schedule 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 to 3 garlic cloves
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 14 cup olive oil
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoons gochugaru (or cayenne pepper powder)

Directions:

Mince the garlic cloves and sprinkle salt onto the diced garlic. Use the back of your knife to smear the garlic and salt to make it into a garlic paste. 

Add garlic/salt paste, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, and gochugaru into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth

Store sauce in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week.
