Tzatziki yogurt sauce

A cucumber-focused, slightly tangy, and creamy sauce that's a perfect accompaniment to falafel or your next Greek-style gyro or sandwich.

3/4 cup of sauce

Ingredients:

  • 12 cup Greek yogurt
  • 14 cup shredded/grated cucumber
  • juice from one lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • kosher salt and black pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and whisk. Taste and add more salt if needed. 

Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
