Tzatziki yogurt sauce


  • 12 cup Greek yogurt
  • 14 cup shredded cucumber
  • juice from one lemon
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • kosher salt and black pepper


Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and whisk. 

Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
