Ingredients:

  • 12 cup apricot jam or preserves
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a small pot over medium heat.

Cook the sauce, stirring often, until bubbles start forming on the top of the sauce and the sugar is melted.

If your apricot jam is chunky, you can use a potato masher or the back of a spoon to mash up the larger pieces. If you want a thinner dipping sauce, you can add a bit more water or soy sauce.

Remove from the heat and place in a sealed container in the refrigerator until time to use.
