Special ssamjang sauce

Super simple combination of savory flavors that add complexity to your next burger or grilled cheese. Add it to a plain deli meat sub for a big pop of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons ssamjang (seasoned fermented soy bean paste)

Directions:

Add both mayonnaise and ssamjang in equal amounts. Mix them up really well with a whisk or spoon. 

Store in the refrigerator and use within a week or two.
