Great substitute for mayonnaise but way more flavorful. Perfect on a burger or even as dipping sauce for fries and onion rings.

Ingredients:

  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
  • 1 12 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill pickles (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne powder (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

Add very finely diced pickles if you want a little texture and/or add cayenne powder if you want spice/heat in your sauce.
