Russian dressing
A creamy dressing accompanied by a bit of tanginess and spice. This dressing is perfect as a spread on a Reuben sandwich or as the dip for onion rings or fries.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄3 cup chili sauce
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except for salt to a medium bowl and whisk to combine well.
Taste the dressing and if you think it needs salt, add some.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
