Buffalo sauce

Making wings? This recipe is for you. Two ingredients and a tiny bit of time on the stove and you are ready to go. This is also great to sauce your chicken tenders for a spicy option.
COOK TIME

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 12 cup hot sauce

Directions:

 Add butter to medium skillet over medium heat. 

When butter has melted, add hot sauce and stir to combine.

Cook a couple more minutes and then remove from the heat.

Toss wings/chicken in sauce to coat. 

Notes:

I use Frank's RedHot usually but you can use whatever hot sauce you want. Frank's is probably what most chain sort of restaurants are using for the classic buffalo.
