Blue cheese slaw

Similar to a lot of slaws you've probably had but with the tang of blue cheese. This slaw would be good as a side dish or on top of a buffalo chicken sandwich.

Ingredients:

  • 12 large green cabbage shredded
  • 1 carrot finely chopped or shredded
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 12 to 34 cup blue cheese dressing (link to recipe)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Slowly add in the blue cheese dressing and and mix to combine. You may need more or less dressing depending on how thick or creamy yours is. You also may want slaw that is more or less creamy. So the amount you need will depend on your tastes.

Taste the slaw for seasoning and add salt and pepper if desired.
