Spicy potato sauce
Have some mashed potatoes and want to turn them into a sandwich sauce? This is the recipe for that.

Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 cup unseasoned mashed potatoes (if already seasoned - skip adding salt and pepper)
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend to achieve a smooth consistency.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator and use within four or five days.
