Breakfast sauce (McDonald's copycat)

A savory sandwich spread with a citrus kick from the lemon juice.
YIELD
3/4 cup of sauce
PREP TIME
schedule 5 minutes
TOTAL TIME
schedule 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 12 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon cheddar powder
  • 14 teaspoon turmeric powder (for color)
  • 18 teaspoon MSG (optional)

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk to combine fully. 

Note: the color of the sauce will become more yellow as it rests and the turmeric incorporates a bit more. 

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
